The Strabane Short Film Project was commenced in May of 2016 by Snowstorm Films, the project was a kickstarter campaign to fund three short films in Strabane and Derry. The Kickstarter failed, but fortunately an investor came through and was able to partially fund the project so that two films could be made and that was Troubled Mind and The Murder Game
"A Troubled Mind" tells the story of Peter, a young man whose life is plunged into turmoil after he loses someone close to him. Seeing no way to move on Peter has to decide whether he can come to terms with his situation or will his lose completely consume him.
A woman has been murdered and few know the truth of what has happened, so the young woman's brother decides to kidnap and torture the information out of someone who was once a friend.
